CRGRT is growing — and as the team develops, so could the number of roles available within it.

At the moment, CRGRT is built around racing, coaching, community involvement and esports. But in the future, that could expand into something much bigger.

So we want to know:

What does the audience think?

What roles would you like to see introduced at CRGRT?

Would you be interested in becoming part of the team beyond simply racing?

Possible future roles could include:

  • Deputy Team Principal
  • Esports Director
  • Community Director
  • Esports Coach
  • Community Coach
  • Race Director
  • Head Steward
  • Race Steward
  • Driver Manager
  • Esports Scout
  • Academy Driver
  • Reserve Driver
  • Team Captain
  • Livery Designer
  • Brand Manager
  • Content Creator
  • Social Media Manager
  • Website Editor
  • Community Moderator
  • Event Coordinator
  • Championship Coordinator
  • Technical Advisor
  • Strategy Engineer
  • Telemetry Analyst
  • Replay Photographer / Media Creator

Some roles would focus on competitive racing.

Others could focus on helping newer drivers, creating liveries, producing content, organising events or maintaining the CRGRT community.

We also like the idea of creating a clearer driver-development pathway:

Community Driver → Academy Driver → Esports Driver

That could give developing racers something to work towards while allowing experienced CRGRT members to help identify and support future talent.

But these are only ideas.

Should CRGRT introduce an Academy?

Would you like to see dedicated stewards, engineers, scouts, media staff or championship organisers?
