Two Divisions. One Mission.
At CRGRT, coaching is about more than finding a faster lap time.
Our goal is to help drivers at every level develop their confidence, racecraft, consistency and understanding of the car. Whether you’re learning the fundamentals or already competing at esports level, our coaching structure gives you somewhere to improve.
CRGRT coaching is split across our Community and Esports divisions, allowing drivers to receive guidance appropriate to their experience and goals.
Samuel Feinberg — Esports Coach
SimRacingPenguin | CRGRT Esports Division

Samuel Feinberg leads coaching for the CRGRT Esports division, working primarily with experienced and competitive drivers who want to take their performance further.
Within CRGRT, Samuel is regarded as a world-class esports driver, known for his pace, racecraft and ability to control demanding and unstable cars at the limit.
His coaching goes beyond simply teaching braking points and racing lines. A major focus is helping drivers understand what the car is doing underneath them — and why.
Esports Coaching Focus
Samuel’s coaching covers areas including:
- Advanced braking and trail braking
- Car rotation and weight transfer
- Managing oversteer and instability
- Controlling demanding cars at the limit
- Throttle control and traction management
- Qualifying and one-lap pace
- Race pace and consistency
- Overtaking and defensive racecraft
- Driving with reduced assists
- Adapting technique between different cars
- Identifying where tenths are being lost
- A and A+ Driver Rating development
Learning to Control the Limit
Not every racing car is naturally stable or forgiving.
Some cars move aggressively under braking. Some rotate rapidly on entry. Others punish poor throttle control or sudden weight transfer.
Rather than teaching drivers to avoid these characteristics, Samuel’s coaching focuses on understanding and controlling them.
The aim is to develop drivers who don’t panic when a car begins moving underneath them — drivers who can recognise instability, anticipate it and use precise inputs to remain in control.
A fast driver can master one car.
A complete driver learns how to adapt to almost anything.
Katie Jenkins — Community Coach
CutieRacerGirl | CRGRT Community Division

Katie Jenkins leads coaching and driver support within the CRGRT Community division.
The Community division has a different purpose from esports coaching.
You don’t need to be A-rated. You don’t need esports experience. And you certainly don’t need to be setting leaderboard times before asking for help.
Katie’s role is about helping drivers build the foundations required to become more confident, consistent and enjoyable racers.
Community Coaching Focus
Community coaching includes:
- Support and guidance for newer drivers
- Understanding basic racing lines
- Braking and throttle fundamentals
- Race etiquette and sportsmanship
- Clean overtaking
- Defensive driving
- Building consistency
- Developing confidence around other cars
- Learning from mistakes
- Preparing drivers who eventually want to progress further
There is no expectation that every Community driver wants to become an esports competitor.
Some people simply want to become cleaner, quicker and more confident racers.
That’s equally valuable.
A Pathway for Every Driver
The two coaching divisions complement each other.
Katie and the Community division build the foundations.
Samuel and the Esports division develop advanced performance.
A new driver might begin by learning racing etiquette, braking technique and consistency within the Community division. As their ability develops, they may eventually decide they want to pursue competitive esports and work towards the standards required for the Esports division.
Others may remain Community racers and simply enjoy becoming better drivers.
Both paths are part of CRGRT.
Coaching Without Cloning
We don’t want every CRGRT member to drive identically.
Different drivers naturally have different strengths. Some are aggressive on corner entry. Some are exceptionally smooth. Some thrive with stable cars, while others are at their best when the car is moving around underneath them.
Coaching should develop those characteristics rather than erase them.
The objective is to identify weaknesses, strengthen fundamentals and help each person develop their own effective driving style.
Learn. Practise. Improve. Race.
From someone’s first proper online races to extracting the final tenths at A+ level, improvement never really stops.
That’s why CRGRT has two coaching divisions with one shared objective:
Faster drivers. Better racecraft. More control. A stronger community.
That’s CRGRT Coaching.
